OWHN Africa is an initiative for Water Accessibility, Training Enhancement and Research (WATER).

Objectives

Our objectives are to:

Promote the understanding of water’s prime place in sustainable health, economic growth and social development
Reach out to communities/groups and train the members on water testing in rural environments for disease control
Help in providing safe water to rural communities and marginalized groups in sub-Saharan Africa
Contribute in advancing knowledge and developing capacity in the water, environment and public health nexuses
Collaborate with relevant organizations/institutions/groups in response to various water-related challenges and frontiers
